"I am extremely happy to give this company and the service they provided a review. I will attached the pictures to show you why. The cleaning was deep and thorough. Our carpets came out like new. I was mostly impressed by the eagerness to please which can be rare nowadays. The young man Brandyn took his time and was very thorough. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process to use. In addition to our carpets, he also cleaned our kitchen floor tiles. Honestly, this cleaning was amazing, we had no idea that the grout could be cleaned like this. It actually changed the look of our kitchen floor. I have also attached some pictures of that. In addition, they took great care when entering our home which I though was very respectful. We really appreciated this work and we could not have expected anything more. "My 80 yr old mom called me frantic that she had an awful stain on her new bedroom carpet. She couldn't wait for me to come out the next day. I spoke with Richie about the situation and he hooked us up with same day service...mom actually had someone at her door within 45min.
