"Great customer service. I needed my suit, shirt and tie in a pinch, dropped it off late Thursday, was ready by 4pm the next day. The seamstress has also fixed a pillow zipper that was broken, I had brought in randomly, for free, on the spot."

"I recently went came in with a big whole on the bottom of my pants and the lady who was doing the soeing said she couldn't do it all because the whole was too big which I find pretty stupid to hear. This to me sounds like she was too lazy to even do the work I wanted her to do. Because of this matter I'm never ever coming back to this place again and i recomendall u customers do the same cause the people ober there ate bot reliable at all."

"I’m not one to typically leave a review however, I had to with this one … Jim Dandy’s was recommended to me by a friend who RAVED not only on the quality of work but how nice and accommodating they are. I was in a jam and needed IMMEDIATE alterations on suit pants (hem and tapering) and a fresh suit press for a wedding the following day. It was 9am and I was already turned away from 2 places. The amazing, spitfire woman on the phone checked with alterations and told me to come on in! I was greeted by the woman with whom I had just spoken with and was immediately put at ease. I met with alterations and told him exactly what I needed, adding that if he could lower the hem AND keep the cuff my guy would be beyond happy but fully expect that the cuff may not be possible - he told me “no problem” and to come back after 3pm. When handing in my ticket, I overheard several conversations and was impressed with the knowledge and honesty being given to other customers with their dry cleaning. I picked up the freshly pressed suit, with altered pants WITH A CUFF at 3:30. SAME DAY IMPECCABLE ALTERATIONS, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. Jim Dandy Cleaners you have a new customer. Thank you!"

"I used to bring my stuff here. Was never a huge customer but I was a loyal one. Mostly friendly staff. Went in yesterday the young person behind the counter seemed so annoyed to have to deal with the one customer. I left. Covid has been devastating to drycleaners. Don’t let bad customer service make it worse!"
