"BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will go in chronological order, this was less than a two year period with the company: 1. They said they use their own cleaning products. Every time they came they used my granite/marble cleaning products (even requested that I replenish items) and used paper towels, etc. 2. The woman that was in charge and agreed to biweekly payment was fired sometime later. 3. There was damage to wood around my bed. I reported it but decided not to do anything about it. I colored it in with a black sharpie. See pic. 4. There was damage to my wallpaper. I reported it but I decided not to do anything about it I fixed it myself with crazy glue. Cannot find original pic but you can still see damage to wallpaper after I tried fixing it. See pic. 5. There was damage to a stainless steel part on my Wolf stove. See pic. When this occurred and I reported it, same day two women showed up at my front door without giving me notice. Once they came inside they challenged me saying that they did not do it. I had to defend myself and explain that I would never blame them for anything they did not do. This was very invasive and uncalled for. In the end they paid for item after basically harassing me. 6. When I couldn’t accommodate them coming on Black Friday because I was going to be away, I requested for them to reschedule to the following Monday instead. The owner Lee became very aggressive in her texts and started complaining about the amount I pay in exclamation points as if I were underpaying her. The amount was agreed on with her previous coworker this was shocking to me. This is when I informed her that the quality of their work has diminished and that she should come with her team as scheduled to discuss everything and if it did not work out we would consider termination of contract. THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. 7. The last time at my home they also did damage to my wall next to an outlet. I did not even bother reporting this, as it was their last time at my home. See pic.
