"The price is great, if you're willing to take delivery whenever the company gets around to it. After ordering and paying for the product, delivery was scheduled for the following, "early morning". Five phone calls later, the product was finally delivered at 4:30 pm. This may not have been such a problem if parts of the existing roof hadn't been been removed in anticipation of receiving the product when promised. As a female, my phone calls weren't received as pleasantly as those made by my husband. I'm not sure whether that has something to do with the person answering the phone, but it would appear they take men far more serious that women. Not a good customer service experience, but the product seems fine."
