"I employed this company to wash windows and specifically included the window sills and tracks. I was not present when the job was completed but my husband was. He failed to check the tracks/sills and paid the company. The attached photos were taken after the job was complete. The owner claims my husband was satisfied but said he would return to complete the job with a special tool (a screwdriver and rag). After many canceled scheduled dates later and a stop order on my credit card, his worker came back and redid the tracks but still failed to wash one window which the owner claims was hidden. I got an e-mail from the owner stating he feels sorry for my husband."
