"I was looking for a place to take my daughter for her first manicure and ended up at superior nails on losson next to wegmans. This was such a bad experience! The women seems like she didn’t know what to do with a kid and seemed annoyed that I brought my daughter! At one point even saying “oh she’s nosey, huh?” Ummm, no, she’s 4! Not only was this lady terribly rude, but she charged me $45 to paint my daughters nails. No manicure or anything, just polish! Our second try was at nail studio and spa in the plaza on William where Rachel’s and Aldi are located. This was an even worse experience. Called ahead, owner told us they were not busy, come now. Went and they were packed. We were told to pick out a color. We waited and waited until I decided we would just get lunch first. Owner said good idea, come back in an hour. Went to lunch came back to an even busier group. Told again to pick out our color. Standing there with a picture of what she wanted and the colors to go with, after a long time he came over, I showed him the picture and he basically yelled something at me and walked away. I had enough at that point and walked out. Drove across the street to Mei nails next to target on transit. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Not only did they have kid manicures on the menu, but the staff was so incredible nice and friendly! I could not be more pleased with this experience! We had Lee do our nails and she was so sweet and meticulous! We left VERY happy and will definitely be back there!"

"I have been going to this nail salon for the last year. After todays experience with Tony, we will Never go back. My daughter and I went to have a toe polish change only since we were there 2weeks ago for pedicures. We we in the chair not more than 5 minutes. When Tony checked us out Tony, The total for both of us for polish change only was $40. He could Not justify the price nor was it on the price menu. He completely overcharged us and when questioned said “ That is what it is. “ We will be taking our business elsewhere after this."
