"Don't use these people. I ordered a countertop from them. They had my drop in sink while making the countertop. When it was delivered for installation in May 2022 they discovered the hole for sink was cut wrong! They cobbed it together and we have been fighting with them to have it fixed since then. I was told yesterday 9/15/22 that they will break sink removing it so I have to buy a new sink!!!. So they screw up and I'm responsible? Don't trust them"

"We used Upstate stone for our downstairs bathroom vanity and was very pleased with everything from start to finish but the main reason for this 5 star review is Upstate Stone just did our kitchen counter top in Aug. After the instillation we went to put in our new slide in counter top stove and it would not fit (through NO fault of Upstate Stone.) My husband went over to talk with Josh and that day the guys who originally installed it, helped my husband fix the problem and even helped to put the stove in the area to make sure everything was fine at no extra cost to us. Can’t give enough praise to this whole company as we were really in a bind and they all went the extra mile to make sure everything was right and we were all happy. They give the word Customer Service a whole new meaning. Thank you."
