"Communicated and arranged cleaning with Katrinau via text. Overall, I would say my experience with Shark Katrina was reasonable. We had to reschedule initially due to a last minute family emergency from one of her employees. I arranged for a deep cleaning of my kitchen and bathroom only. Bathrooms were fine. Kitchen was okay upon initial inspection, but looking deeper, I realized not all the cabinet doors were cleaned. Also, It seems the rags they used were not always properly cleaned before reuse, so in certain areas there was wet dust residue that I had to go back and rewipe after Katrina left. Finally, and why I rated my experience 3 stars, Katrina brought a new employee with her. The employee messed with my door lock upon arrival, which I’m not sure why she even felt the need to touch. I had not realized this until after Shark Kleaning left and I was locked out of my apartment and had to call the locksmith. This cost me an additional $250 on top of my cleaning fee. Katrina works hard but with her busy schedule, little details might be missed, like with my experience, so if you are going to use Shark, make sure you stay on top of everything so you won’t leave disappointed like I was."

"This is a ridiculous and irresponsible company that I would never ask anyone to use it. We have scheduled a move-in cleaning service at 9am, and I have prepared everything for them to come. However, I received a call at 7:45am and told me that they have to cancel my schedule because one of their cleaner is sick and cannot come to do the cleaning. I totally understand something may happen. However, we've prepared and planned to move in asap, but we have to delay everything, and we've to clean it ourselves. They never think about give us another day as compensation because it is totally their responsibility. What a ridiculous company. NEVER try to use this company!"

The lady on the phone said that they were fully booked, she was able to schedule me for a late appointment, I was very happy with the service that they provided.
