"I have multiple problems with this company. The first problem I encountered was when I went to walk my dog, and I immediately stepped in wet concrete with my brand new work shoes that costed $90. There was a cone a couple feet away on the grass, and when I confronted the worker he said to me "didn't you see the cone?" I replied "I didn't know cone was universal for wet concrete." Yesterday, I went to walk my dog, and she started licking her paws. There was white paint and tar stuck to her paws and face. I had to take her to the vet so they could induce vomiting. None of the crosswalks or blacktop where I was walking were marked wet. Every time that I went out on my balcony, the worker's were huddled in a circle and chain smoking while they discussed their sexual encounters and drunken escapades. All a few feet away from the fenced in playground where the children play at the elementary school. They left the crosswalk unpainted for 2 days and I was almost hit by a car... Maybe if they spend a little less time smoking and gossiping they would have gotten it done on time. 2 nights ago they left a huge pothole unmarked, and I heard car after car hit it. Then I heard another car hit it, and when I looked out the window the front tire was flat.. so I went out and put a cone over the pothole because it was black and so was the pavement, so it completely blended in. There are signs all over the school saying that there is to be no smoking and you have to be a hundred yards away with any nicotine products or it's $1,000 fine. So I emailed the company to let them know with zero response or apology. When I was out on my balcony today I saw, What must have been the managers and big shots who run the company because they were there with their khaki pants and polo shirts, and one of the workers had the company's name on the back of his reflective gear. So I went over to speak to them since they couldn't be bothered with a reply to my concerns, and halfway through my explanation they started talking over me. One gentleman made a noise at me and told me to go away with his hand, blatantly letting me know that I was being blown off. Then they just ignored me. They didn't seem to care that our children were inhaling secondhand smoke for over a week, And the months that they were here before. Not impressed! They treated me like I was garbage on their shoe... I guess maybe because I live in a low income neighborhood and I wasn't dressed in a suit. The female worker, who I guess was there to direct traffic, smoked the entire day next to the fenced in playground, and said absolutely nothing to me and other people when we crossed the street with no crosswalk or lines. These people are disgusting. This is where your tax dollars are going; Chain smoking and gossiping about sexual encounters. I guess they're done... But the painting and the black top are all messy and uneven... So I wouldn't hire them to do any work because they take forever, (I wonder why) and the work looks like the kids came over from the school and started drawing with chalk...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it! They left the street with no crosswalk for 2 days, and I was almost hit by a car with my dog. Maybe if they smoked a little less and chatted a little less they could have gotten it done sooner. I'm livid because of how they just treated me. I mean it's hard enough to keep our kids safe and healthy with the world the way it is right now. They are just trying to have fun and enjoy their Childhood. Now we have to worry about our children getting cancer while they're at school. I didn't want to give them a star at all. So I emailed the city and sent them the pictures, and they want to see the footage from my porch camera. So I will be forwarding that too. So unless you want cancer... I would hire somebody else."
"This company had a rock launch out the back of their truck and hit my windshield and the rock hitting my car is on dashcam. The manager who overseas problems like this said “it was a road hazard, this best I can do is do is give you $100 and you have to sign a release form.” Claims truck was empty but just because the truck is empty in the bed doesn’t mean the truck doesn’t have any loose debris in other areas where gravel/rocks may have went. I’m in an industry where I dump trailers full of debris and the debris will still be on the outsides of trailers from when the trailer was being loaded."
"An Employee in a Blue, Half Ton Chevy Riccelli-Northern Pickup driving erratically on 481S through, and out of Fulton was intentionally cutting off and break checking myself and other drivers, and intentionally impeding traffic by not letting other drivers get around him. When I was finally able to pass in the right hand lane, the driver of the Pickup sped up to catch me, flipping me off and continually swerved at my truck multiple times, for no reason. Get it together..."
"Called to schedule a concrete delivery a week and a half ago. Called today to verify for tomorrow. They didn't have me in the schedule. Had a 15 minute conversation with the guy... Luckily another local company had a slot. Won't ever call them again."
"I was driving on the highway this afternoon behind a Ricelli truck and there were rocks and debris shooting all over the place. The canvas which was supposed to be covering the truck was not tethered down and several other drivers were also experiencing this as they were frantically trying to pass the truck. One of the rocks hit my windshield and caused a crack. I called the company and was told I couldn’t be helped because I didn’t have the truck number. Does it matter which one of your trucks caused damage to my car? I was trying to get away from the area as soon as possible, I’m sorry I didn’t ask for the driver’s truck number and driver ID. Sub-par customer service at best."
