"My only real complaint is they never have enough washers available. There are probably 50 machines altogether in here. But the reality is anytime you come, 50% are being used and another 30% are “out of service”. So it can be a challenge to get an available machine out of the 20% left along for the rest of hoboken. Luckily, i have in unit laundry so I only have to come here to clean bigger items occasionally but it can be a hassle getting the right machine, as they clearly prioritize their laundry service business. Other than that, no complaints. Cash only and u have to buy a laundromat specific key card at their business. The owner is a young guy who is friendly."

"Price Changing & Missing Coat Belt They raised the price of my dry cleaning TWICE after I dropped it off. They took the receipt I brought in to pick up my items and threw into the trash immediately and gave me a higher total by $12.00 this time. They don’t say anything, they try to just slide in a higher price (both times). They can’t up the prices after they have given me a price and an agreement for services. Awful customer service when I pointed out that they changed the price. The woman immediately got an attitude and told me that she wasn’t getting the money. She clearly does this to people all day long. To make matters worse, nothing was cleaned, it was like they just ironed everything. They lost or stole a vintage coat belt that is very uniquely colored. Really disappointing-especially losing the belt. Awful place. They gave me the impression that they don’t think their customers/consumers matter at all and that they are thieves."

"I work in the sanitation industry, and one thing EVERYONE should be looking for when cleaning their clothes in a place shared with the general public, is constant maintenance and flushing of the machines. This place makes it a point of ensure all the machines are not only sterile and safe, but operating at a industrial grade level that cleans clothes better than any at home laundry unit sold on the market today. Also the owner is chill as hell."

"Good laundromat but CASH ONLY!! They should have posted clearly online, the card loader for the washing machines only takes cash. Of course they have an ATM w hefty fees..but I chose to go down the street to my bank instead. Added 15 mins to my laundry trek. Overall, machines worked well, place was clean enough and well supervised. But, NO CHAIRS while you wait! No bathroom. :( :( These things could really use improvement if they’re going to charge so much ($4.50 tiny machine, $7 big one).."
