"I go on a regular basis now that's how much I love them. I believe I've had service from everyone there and have never been disappointed. If there is anything you would like a certain way you just have to say so."

"I wish I could rate a level 0. I was put in a chair. No words. Just motioned to put feet in water. The water was barely warm. My feet weren’t in for a minute or Two when the man took the one out and began to work on it. He nipped my skin twice with a spot of blood and kept swabbing at the areas. Then he went to the left foot no open areas now but went to work with a stiff brush over my entire foot. I had to tell him to stop it hurt so bad. My feet were then taken out of the by then cool water and rubbed for around 2 minutes. I selected a light pink but he insisted on using red then sparkly pink over it. I kid you not. It sounds incredulous I know. I would never ever go there again. I only had one area on left inner foot with small callus and it was not touched. I left with the same callus. I was happy to get out of there. I have no problems with my feet and thankfully am not a diabetic and healthy. Two other customers came in and both asked for the girl working there. I’m assuming that no one in their right mind would let the middle aged man work on them more than on them. I hope they read this or the health department reads this."

"The man filed my nails down so thin to the point when I finally got the nails off there was a hole in my actual nail, my nails are now paper thin. He made 4 of my fingers bleed making it painful for him to put acrylics on because of the solution. It hurt. While filing he kept scraping my skin with the file. And I tried to explain how I wanted a black to pink ombré. I got a pink base with a black French tip. Despite me telling him that’s not how I want it multiple times he continued to do French tips. As soon as I left I cried. I spent 65. Worst experience ever, so bad I’ve made an oath never to get my nails done again and only to purchase press ons."

"I got there for last minute nails. the guy was super sweet but it took him over 2 hours to do dip with tips. he also sanded off some of my skin causing me to bleed by my cuticles. the next day my one thumb started to crack from the top coat and then today my pinky nail cracked completely causing it to bleed. they looked great overall but i got them done 2 days ago and now they’re all chipped cracked or broken so overall do not recommend."
