"I recently entrusted Dean's Cleaners with the important task of cleaning my wedding dress and veil, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the quality of cleaning was impressive. My dress and veil came back in pristine condition, showing the team's attention to detail and care for delicate garments. However, there were a couple of aspects that left me less satisfied. Firstly, the turnaround time was longer than initially promised. What was supposed to be a 4-week process stretched to 6 weeks. While I understand that unexpected delays can happen, particularly with detailed work, better communication about the delay would have been appreciated. Secondly, and most importantly, the final cost was a letdown. The initial quote of $200 seemed reasonable for the quality of service promised. However, at checkout, I was surprised with an additional $100 charge, making it a total of $300. This discrepancy between the quoted and final price was disappointing and felt somewhat deceptive. While Dean's Cleaners does a commendable job in terms of the cleaning quality, my experience was marred by the unexpected price hike. I hope this feedback helps them improve their service consistency and pricing transparency in the future."

"The attitude I received from the male employee here from the start was confusing and unwarranted. The company touts door to door service, and even has a truck in their lot that states door to door delivery across the side. However, the two times I’ve asked for delivery, it seemed like a major inconvenience to them. The first delivery, I got a call at 7am on a workday to get the delivery then and there, despite asking for a drop off at the front desk during the day. The second delivery attempt, I asked to split the payment because I just started a new job, and that was a big deal and not allowed. Before I took my clothes and left I was told it’d be done Tuesday, Wed, and TH in a matter of seconds. These places should be stress relieving, not stress inducing, no matter what your background and financial status are. On to a better place!"
