"The absolute BEST nail techs in the city! Amy and BeBe especially are extremely talented at hand painted designs. Always do better than the picture I show them!!! Amy is another talented artist. Family owned, clean, professional and the quality is unsurpassed by anyone! Update: If you have never been to Bee Nails in Amherst, than you haven't experienced one of the best nail salons in existence. Bebe, Aimee, Vicky, Tom and Loc are the nail techs. They are extremely professional and all family. I have been a client for 3 years and will not go anywhere else. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years. Bebe is my nail artist. Both her and Aimee do hand painted designs that are so incredible! The way they paint such tiny and near perfect designs is unmatched! I haven't needed to have nail tips in over two years since BeBe is super careful and gentle and makes sure she repairs the acrylic to ensure no air bubbles are present, never hurting me nor damaging my skin or cuticles. I always get compliments on my nails and go back every three weeks. They work to accommodate walk-ins even though they are usually booked full from appointments from regulars. All of the staff treats you like family and are extremely kind. Their services use the very best products and have reasonable pricing. You will not be disappointed if you visit them for an appointment."

"Doesn’t deserve 1 star. I came to this salon for almost 12 years. Brought my 2 daughters too. I had 3 gift cards totally 120.00. Gave me credit for $20.00 on one of the gift cards. The rest were past the due date. The one I tried to use today was 5 days old post due date. I asked if I purchaed a new gift card could I use the one that that expired today- Nope. Place is looking very dingy now. New ownership and employees. Consequently I got 20 for the 120 purchase. Would not be opposed to a penalty, but not this steep esp because I was a loyal customer. Always left a big tip too."

"I’m super sad, but I don’t think I’ll be coming to bee nails any longer…. I have been coming here a long time and I recently had a bad experience. I made an app for 5PM to have my dip powder removed and put back on. When I called I stressed that I needed the powder removed and put back on. My dip powder was old…. I knew it need to be changed because my nails were separating from my actual nail. My nail tech disregarding this when I told him I need them taken off. He reassured me that they will be fine and filled it with glue?… well they weren’t fine. It’s only been a week and I had TWO nails break in half. Mind you these are my real nails. So when the dip powder cracked, so did my nail… I don’t know, super bummed…."
