"Got my nails done yesterday. Mind you i came here because the previous place completely destroyed my nails so i needed them fixed. Now theyre peeling and wet. I just went in to get them fixed and of course many people waiting and one person working. Just ridiculous. We will see what happens when i go back. Came back in to get them fixed and figured i might as well get a pedicure… never again. I picked a $55 pedicure and was charged $75 all together because i got gel polish for my toes. That’s absolutely insane. Definitely wont be back. I think they charged me to fix my nails and thats not cool."

"I think that the customer service was great. However, I came in to have a gel manicure removed and then to have just a regular manicure. I come from Los Angeles where its never cost me more than $5 to have gel removed. I arrived 6:25pm and I was out of there at 6:36pm. The manicure was not thorough at all and the total cost came to $35 and I left a $5 tip. Again, while i though the customer service was great, I think the service was overpriced for what I received. I have never had a manicure take less than 20-30 minutes, but this one was probably less than 5 minutes."

"Sadly don’t think I’ll go back. Been going here for years but more than once I’ve left bleeding from a cut cuticle. Linda is great but everyone else has been unfriendly or even downright rude. Right now I have a cut on ‘h toe from my visit two days ago. I’ve been in when other customers have been cut and one even stormed out and said she wasn’t returned unless the staff could be trained to not injure people. They always take walk-ins which is nice but it’s not worth it."

"I went in for a pedicure and acrylic removal. Me and my boyfriend got our pedicures first and I was pressured into getting gel. Then the pedicures were both 50 each…not worth the service. I then wanted my acrylics removed and instead of soaking them off she proceeded to shove my nails off and scrape them with an old display nail and charged me 30 dollars. It was painful and overpriced. 134 in all definitely don’t go here!!!!"
