"Went in looking to purchase approximately 600 sq. Ft of porcelain tile. Not once were we greeted, or asked if we needed help. Instead kept getting looks and raised eyebrows as if we didn't belong. When I finally asked a rep for help, she immediately pawned me off to an older lady who simply said "follow me". I questioned if they carried a coupling membrane for the same tile only to be shouted at "no!" with another eyebrow raise. She then gave us a very high price which I am certain was to steer us away. I know they can be expensive... but not 3x the price of a competitors. Wouldn't reccomend roma to anyone anymore. Used to be the name in CNY, but the more people I talked to about my experience today, they seemed to share the same story. Maybe they're only interested in large commercial jobs now."

"Visited the Showroom the first time and was greeted.. we looked around and when we had questions there was nobody to assist us. Decided to give it another try and We went rate when they opened , thinking they would be less busy. We were greeted and I ask for help in picking granite countertops, a backsplash splash and tile floor. The girl helped us at first and then went to check on the size available for tile and never returned..she was interacting with another customer and ignored us…we decided to leave and just before getting out the door she came to us and said I’m sorrry I forgot I had an appointment. That’s ok. I will take my hard earn money elsewhere.. Terrible customer service"

"Great experience from sale to install. Very professional. Thhe installers advised that our our faucet wasn't going to fit right, they waited until I went and came back with another before finishing, we really appreciated that. My granite countertop is absolutely gorgeous! I love it."

"Roma did our kitchen granite in Sept 2018. This was after looking at every granite distributor in CNY and even extending our search beyond CNY. We were very pleased with our experience last year. When it was time to shop for granite to update two bathrooms in Spring 2019, we went right to Roma without looking elsewhere. We had a miscommunication about side splashes which we did not recognize until after our order was processed and picked up. We contacted Roma on Saturday after picking our order on Friday afternoon. The team had the side splashes made and ready for pick up Monday afternoon. This was during an extremely busy time for Roma. No one wasted time questioning whose fault it was.
