"Very clean atmosphere, very polite and kind staff. Did an amazing job for my kc chiefs nails. Highly recommend"
"Wow! Kathy really knows her stuff and did an amazing job. She took her time, explained the differences between each type of nail technique and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning."
"This was one of best experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a personable experience. Someone who makes sure you know exactly what you’re getting and the price of it. This is the place for you! Even after they started to get busy, they still took their time doing my pedicure! I definitely will be back!"
"I went in for a gel polish removal today and my nails were ruined. Kathy sanded my nails so much that they are thin enough that they dent into the nail bed when pressed, I also had to cut all of my length off because they were so flimsy they would fold on themselves with the slightest amount of pressure. There are several dips in my nail plate where she filed too much in one place and they're really sore (stung when putting clear polish on at home too) I had thick gel polish on my nails and she sanded off the tiniest bit of the top layer and had me soak them in a bowl of acetone for an hour before sanding down almost all the way to my nail bed with sand paper on a dremel. Whenever I've had gel polish removal done at other salons they sand off as much as they can without hitting the nail, then soak in acetone and gently scrape the rest of the gel polish off of the nail with a tool, the dremel does not come into contact with the actual nail. Throughout the whole removal she kept telling me that the gel polish ruined my nails, but she was the one who made them this thin and brittle. I had long healthy thick nails to start, good thing they grow fast because they feel awful right now. Update: Thankfully my nails are growing in normally and there doesn't seem to be any permanent damage. It is striking seeing the difference between the healthy nail growing in and the damaged thin nail she caused. She said in her reply that she didn't know how to work with Japanese gel, but instead of informing me of that when I told her what was on my nails, she decided I would be her guinea pig to try this for the first time and damaged my nails. If she had told me in the first place I would've gone elsewhere to someone who does know how to remove thick gel"
"This is my favorite nail place. They run an amazing business. Every artist is great there, especially Kathy. They are all so kind and really take the time to know you. My nails always last a long time without chipping or breaking. They do the best job on application and shaping too. Fair pricing as well. I always leave there highly satisfied. Can’t recommend it enough!"
