"Used them twice, first time they did a nice job. The owner Roxanne is only interested in conning people into writing reviews. (The girls bonuses depend on it). Second time: Paid $400 for four cleaners (four hours) to deep clean. They did a slop job even using an upright vacuum on stairs. They were “finished” in 50 minutes. Do NOT use this scam service!"

After some research, I landed on We Take Pride Cleaning. The name holds true to their execution. From the moment I called the questions were thorough and so was the work done on my multi-family home. Thank you team for delivering! I will definitely schedule another service soon!"

"I give this company 1 star because they are very responsive. The first time I looked into the company while playing around with my cleaning options I put things in the "cart" so I would have an idea of the cost. I did not book at the time but immediately received a call from someone to talk me through my options. This was great. The booking experience online was seamless. I was able to chat with someone using messenger to get an understanding of the difference between cleaning options to identify what would be best for my situation. Unfortunately, I allowed the name of this company and some of the things they market themselves as being able to do to fool me into wasting $450 on a move in cleaning service. Overall, im completely disappointed because this was a very costly service and for the work produced I could have saved my money and did it myself and actually deep cleaned my home. Dissatisfied with the move in/move out cleaning because while the house was empty many things in the home were new such as one of the two bathrooms; two freshly painted bedrooms and all throughout the floors were recently stained or new vinyl was installed. It seems like the cleaning professional didn't think there was much work to be done and as a result was was very lazy with their performance. Cindy has been very responsive to my complaints and continues to share my concerns with management. She calls and texts me to keep communication flowing. However, at this point I need to hear from management. My completely empty home was not thoroughly cleaned and I want my money back."

"I requested a deep clean. Was given a window of arrival. At the half hour late mark , I called and asked if they knew when someone would be at the house. I was told they were having trouble getting in touch with the cleaning crew to find out why they weren't on time. They showed up 2 hours behind schedule, didn't apologize or explain, and asked my husband what we wanted? I to them had to call and ask if the office could explain to them what we had wanted ( a deep clean, paid extra for pets. When I got home I was very surprised by what was done ( or not done as was the case). I was charged $350. I emailed them pictures of the dirt that was left and said this was not a deep clean in any way. They did take money off (charged me close to $250 though). But when you look at the photos...I have had far better cleanings for $100.00. I was really expecting more and was sadly disappointed."

"My wife and I moved into our new home and hired We Take Pride Cleaning Services Long Island to clean our home while it was empty to make unpacking our previous home an easier process. My wife is 9 months pregnant and when we started unpacking the kitchen, we found that every single kitchen cabinet still had a significant amount of dust and dirt. So much so that we had to spend 4 hours on a Saturday doing our own deep clean of the kitchen. If this wasn't enough, we spoke with them, sent them photographs, and they told us they would come again and if we were okay with an additional $85.00 charge ( discounted) for a standard cleaning, they would come in fix any items that were not cleaned, and do a standard home cleaning. We agreed and this morning, I took off from going to my office to wait for them. They gave us a window of 8-10. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:10, and immediately started arguing with me telling me they did the deep clean. They then told me that they were not here for a standard cleaning, but here to only clean the places we had issues with. I explained that we have already cleaned the areas that were issues because we needed to unpack and that we had paid to do a standard cleaning in which she told me that I was wrong. This has been a giant headache from the start. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
