"I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the service I received at this dry cleaning establishment. This woman who appears to be the owner, possibly named Lisa can only be described as nasty and unprofessional. I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed, now a second time after she had previously hemmed them and they were too long for me to wear comfortably. However, this woman, Lisa refused to fix them properly, despite multiple requests. Instead, she seemed more interested in arguing with me about past inseam requests from almost a year ago. I explained to her that my current request was to have the pants hemmed, as they were still too long even after the first hemming. She completely disregarded this and kept searching up the past hem requests even after I tried on each pair of pants and she measured them/put all the pins in for another hem. She then removed the pins and kept bringing up the old length, measuring the old length and completely defeating the purpose of me getting remeasured. She continued to make comments like “I don’t get you.. you did 29in before, yes 29, 29.. ugh I don’t get you.. I don’t understand you” as if I’m inconveniencing her when the simple fact is after her hemming them and after measuring each one - they were still too long and needed to be hemmed again. I was not accusing her. All I wanted was for her to “fix” them and hem them because they were still too long. The funny part is that she made these comments the first time I had dropped them off and asked her to measure so we can get the first hem right - she made those same comments - “I don’t get you.. I don’t understand you..” as she seemed annoyed meanwhile all I did was ask her to hem these pants because I had her hem several different pants earlier last year and I had zero complaints about those. This time I had her hem five new pairs of pants. And again she just focused on the measurements from last year instead of what was right in front of her and what was being asked of her. It wasn’t a language barrier. She’s been nasty before and like many business owners just offended if her work is questioned or something was not done as requested. I mean if you just hemmed my pants and I come back and try them on in front of you and they’re still baggy and still too long then they need to be hemmed again. That was all I asked for. She argued with me for over an hour.. repeating herself over and over even after I told her that the previous hem measurements have nothing to do with these hm measurements because she measured them herself. She even admitted to making them slightly longer than the previously requested and discussed hem measurement. This behavior was not only unprofessional but flat out disrespectful. My concerns were completely ignored and my time and money were wasted. As a paying customer, I expect to receive quality service and have my requests taken with respect and not with judgment and visible annoyance. The whole ordeal was unpleasant and left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. Please do not go to this dry cleaners.. do not support this business unless you want to go where the owner does not take accountability for her actions. In the end she refused to fix the pants that she hemmed just a week before and refused to give me a refund."
