"Made an appt for 1130 on a Sat to close out my Dad's account and transfer things over to my Mom after his passing. Drove 70 miles (one of the nearest branches) only to receive a text message at 1117 as I pulled into their parking lot stating they had a temporary location closure. I'm assuming it was for the snow storm the night before. Just wish we could've received a call earlier in the morning prior to embarking out on the 1hr 20 min drive (double that for return trip). Frustrating when you drive that far and arrive on time only to receive an impersonal text message cancellation minutes before."

"I have never had a problem with the staff. They have always been friendly and ready to help. HOWEVER! This location is consistently understaffed, usually with only 1 teller available even at the busiest times. On multiple occasions, myself and others had to wait 30 minutes to an hour to conduct our business."
