"We needed to have 30-year-old hydrostatic heating units replaced with 40 feet of hot water baseboard in our great room. John was timely with meeting us to review the job and provided a detailed quote within a timely manner. Scheduling the job was scheduled sooner than we expected. Once that was confirmed, the technicians, Andrew and Angel, arrived on time, well equipped, and ready to go to work. They worked diligently all day and got the job done within 9 hours. They left here dirty and with lots of debris, but our home was left as clean as could be and with a much-improved heating system. Andrew and Angel were polite and professional throughout the day. We would use Rice Plumbing and Heating services again. 02/01/2024...it is now the middle of winter and I am even happier having had this work done. The heat in the great room is consistent and even. It's obvious that the length of baseboard was spec'd properly."
