Reviews
"Horrible company. Horrible customer service. No follow through on anything on their end, I had to call multiple times to get information they were not telling me I needed to withdraw my money. I am closing my accounts with them and will never recommend anyone to this company."
"So many of the choices available to participants are high fee and hidden fee type investments. Variable Annuities. Insurance contracts. NYS's 457 plan is the only decent option since Omni created the "preferred" menu of options. It's not only their fault. New York State was involved. As was a group of stakeholders. I wish someone there had insisted on a way of keeping low cost index funds in the plan. The only access to a low cost .02% type fund is through "Advisor" Funds which add on 1%!!!!!!!!!!"
"This organization is preventing employees from accessing low cost investment options for retirement accounts. The end result is that employees will pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees for no value added."
"They have an online form to request movement of a 403B fund. After submitting it I was sent a letter requesting paper forms. Why? If you have an online form, the transaction should not require a second paper request."
"Terrible service. Needed them to fax a signature form back to my financial company in order to get a 457 withdrawal from my account. The representative said it takes 3 days to acknowledge they received the form and another 7 days to fax it back to my company. In this day and age that is a uncalled for delay. Will be transferring all my accounts ownership so I will not have to deal with them."
