"Visit this location as my washer died. Walk in seens like nice place. 7am no attended load a large Maytag washe $6 inserted and it was asking for two more cents. After inserting a quarter it then reflected as if I did not insert no quarter. Luckily I had more money, what if I didn't? I have to work in three hours and their no one to help me here. It only has a sign that reads attendant 12-6 Tuesday to Sunday."

"It’s cool that they have the laundry services where you can drop off or have them picked up. But I dropped my clothes off to them at around 3:40 I went back Around 6:40 and the clothes were still not finished being dried. The lady was folding them slow as can be talking about she has ocd like mam I just got out of work I want to go home. So prior to this she told me that it’s 25 cents more per pound to do the laundry the same day. I came back about two week later and spoke with some one else and they said that’s not true. My total was like 150 dimmers for 3 bags of laundry no comfors either only towels . Anyway I called this Libby lady and messaged her on fb also and still have not gotten a response. Not even an apology I am very upset because the one Jamaican lady is always so nice an she knows what she’s takin about . This other lady had clearly no clue. I exspexted a refund on"

"My wife and I went there for the first time and the staff was excellent with offering assistance in learning the machine’s. The laundromat is clean the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We both felt welcomed and safe while there!"

"I came here to wash two comforters. They have several large capacity washing machines at a reasonable price. 40lb. Capacity is $4.25. Dryer is .25 cents for 6 minutes. It's clean and very few out of order machines."

"I love coming here to wash and dry my clothes. Affordable and clean. Can get busy especially at night so its best to come bright and early when they open. Also wished there was a vending machine instead of having to wait for staff to open to purchase what they have in the staff room."
