Nichole in the office was great to work with when I had questions and was able to give me a detailed cost estimate to my email almost immediately. Alicia S. was the technician that cleaned our air ducts and she was right on time and very professional. Both Nichole and Alicia were very knowledgeable and talked me through the process both when I made the appointment and before Alicia began working. Alicia also took the time to take some "before" pictures for us of the air duct as we had just moved into our home and were curious about the shape they were in. I called and recieved many estimates to clean our air ducts and On the Spot was by far the most affordable and easiest option for us. Thank you!"
