"John was very responsive to my first contact. He arranged to stop over to look at job within just a couple of days. His quote was sent in a very timely manner and he was able to schedule the job in the timeframe I was asking. His communication is top notch. I had several questions and he was even responding to my emails while he was on vacation! We increased our gutter size to 6" and there were some additional requests for soffit and fascia repair as well as an end cap on our porch he configured for us. We even had weird old brackets that were welded to our porch posts. John didn't see these as a problem and took them off, leaving it flush and the post looking great. The new brackets made such a difference with our new downspouts and its so nice to see the completed soffit again. Everything was done quickly and neatly. I highly recommend John for his professionalism, skill, high quality materials and fair pricing. And he's just a really nice person who wants to do things right for his customers."
