"Highly recommend! They replaced 5 windows, including 2 large bay windows and they look amazing! We had about a 7 month wait which was fine for us. The windows came in at the time they said and the guys were here to install that same week! Windows were done in 2 days. They are as quiet as they can be (obviously some drill noise and a vacuum because they cleaned up very well! ) but other than that you couldn’t even tell they were here. Would 100% recommend! You will not be disappointed! Amazing pricing!"

"Medina Windows has done an excellent job replacing most of my windows on my house & garage. I recently asked them to repair a sticky linkage on one of their wind out windows they installed years ago. They came out promptly & did the repair in short order. I was fully prepared to pay for the work, but Norm said there was no charge. As always, they get 5 out of 5 stars & I would readily recommend them."

"If you need jobs done fast, don’t bother, This is horse n buggy for sure. Norm came out and quoted 7 windows, , 10 -12 month wait ….. He was interested in the job…… until I added more windows and A large picture window, studies the window and said he needs to call a company in Ohio???? clearly scared of the job , These guys can’t handle the big stuff, I showed him a poorly installed set of windows that I wanted to replace, he said his will be the same?? Really norm, I asked him to try and close it and lock it, he could not. I waited 2 weeks for a price and he says, Not interested anymore in the job, You could have told me that at the house Norm. Thank you for wasting my time."

"Medina Windows was fantastic! I had 13 windows replaced in my house today (June 2021). The 3 fellas that worked here for 2 days (Marcus, Jessie & Tim) were awesome! They were polite, kind, hard working, efficient, clean, & knowledgeable. So happy with the outcome! I definitely recommend them for your window improvements! I look forward to checking back in after a year of having the windows to see how they are through all seasons and having a lower heating bill in the winter!! "I never wrote a review on this business after they installed a few years back. They installed 13 windows including a large bay and they did it for like 1/3 of the price of the others. The workforce was mostly Amish and included their kids and the father. The quality of work was absolutely unmatched and it was obvious why there was a 3-6 month waiting list. We went with these folks because they did our neighbors house and we were impressed. After getting quotes and comparing the prices Medina WON hands down. With the others you are paying for the brand names which is clear. These windows are extremely well made and made to custom fit your measurements including style of glass for bathrooms and crank out for kitchen if desired. They are thick, energy EFFICIENT and they look great. We would highly recommend them to anyone without any reservation. You will not be disappointed."
