"We hired Hiram to frame a two-story garage. He also installed the windows, the siding and the roof. He was responsive and loved to answer questions. He bought the materials for us and ended up having to hold onto them for months while some other work got done. He sent lots of pictures of his work while I was out of town. There were no surprise costs. I can't say enough good things about him. I'd hire him to do the interior if he did that sort of thing."

Replaced the tub, medicine cabinet (and recessed it) , toilet, trim, new flooring and new lighting along with other small things that were part of it all. Everything was done in a timely manner, and looks great. He even cleans up afterward, which was big to us. He will definitely be rehired for our future remodels and repairs!"
