"Bob came to our house,on time and very professional. He shook my hand when he introduced himself. We went room by room I explained what my expectations were and he explainedd what his process was. He placed wet floor signs in every doorway. When he was finished with a room he asked me to come take a look and see if I was pleased. He offered to go over anything again if I wanted him to. He didn't push any additional services like Scotchgard or disinfectant just suggested it. The carpets, which I thought were trampled to death came out beautiful.
