"If I could give less then a star I would. You have a worker that's suppose to move efficiently and he just moves slower than a turtle. I walked in and requested for someone else because I knew that I would be there longer than needed. He should at least move faster or yall should have someone that can help with the people that are coming in for there business accounts. I do not have time to come in and wait for 25 minutes with someone, when everyone else that helps me can get me out within 10 minutes. This is so unacceptable and frustrating. Mind you this is a business account. There should be a separate line for the business employees that are on a time crunch."

"As a customer of BOA for many years I can tell you that this is a good bank. They little suspicious at first, but once they trust you they are much easier to work with."

"Bank closes at 4, doors were locked at 3:57 and apparently all tellers closed out and machines do not except money order deposits. Wasn’t inconvenient at all. Employee watched me walk in try to open the doors and proceeded only to let customers out that were in the process of being helped inside."

"Literally waiting while people just going along doing their own thing. Had to kindly ask three times to remind them I was waiting. Poor customer service."
