"I would not recommend using Deluxe Home and Office Cleaning. The owner is quite rude, unprofessional, and the quality of cleaning is sub par. When we first started using Deluxe Home and Office Cleaning, Cindy and her daughter were assigned to our office and they were incredible. Once Cindy and her daughter left, there was a noticeable decline in quality. None of the desks were cleaned for weeks, the mopping was substantially less effective, as was the vacuuming, along with numerous other issues. The last week that we had Deluxe Home and Office clean our office, we decided to terminate our relationship with them due to the following: the girls showed up to clean and they finished with cleaning the bathroom in the shop, twenty minutes after they left one of our mechanics used the restroom and the entire toilet system clogged, we called a plumber to come assess and repair the situation (for which we were charged time and a half because they had to come after hours), the plumber pulled numerous paper towels out of the toilet. We communicated the situation to Jeff, the owner, and he responded by showing up at our office with an unpleasant disposition, told the branch manager here that there is no way the paper towels could’ve been at the fault of Deluxe with no willingness to have a professional conversation about the situation. Jeff was also quite rude to the coordinator at the counter when speaking about the quality of cleaning. He was adamant that the quality of the cleaning was excellent, despite the office being visibly dirty. Again, I would recommend not using Deluxe Home and Office Cleaning."

Extremely reasonable pricing, professional and friendly staff, and amazing work! What would take me several days takes their folks about two and a half hours and my home is SPARKLING CLEAN.
