Aces-Four Septic Service

"Called Zack to ask him to come service my business’s septic, he was pretty rude and said he wouldn’t take card for payment, only check. 1. This is 2023, need to get with the times… even if you have to add a credit card service charge. 2. Always go out of my way to support a local service, but never when they’re impolite to the customer - the reason they make a paycheck in the first place. Will stay away and advise everyone I know to do the same."

"He showed up when he said he would. The only reason he got 4 stars is because I thought that,for the money I paid I would have seen the floor of our tank a lot better. I did ask specifically if I would be able to see the floor when he was done. He said yes! So,for $486.00 dollars he did not empty my tank to my satisfaction."
