"25+ year old Rampage ramps maintained by the local skateboard community. After the city could not financially afford to repair the park & threatened to close it, the community came together, raised funds & rebuilt the park ourselves. Since then the owner of the Poughkeepsie Grind coffee shop adopted it & is now responsible for all clean up & maintenance. Please keep this in mind & clean after yourself & others. Poughkeepsie skatepark has one of the best views of any park in NY. Located on the Hudson River, walking distance to restaurants, parks & metro north railroad."
