Bank of America Financial Center 1620 Westchester Avenue, The Bronx, NY 10472

"Ok where do I begin? Ok. This bank has good people working in it. They help you and work with you. Which is great. BUT, I can't give it 5 stars until they fix the issues that happen in the evenings. I have to use the ATM every other day there but I lately find myself going to the one in Westchester Square to deposit money. They have a homeless people issue inside the bank in the evening. There is sometimes different men in there opening and closing the door when you go in and leave asking you to give them some money before you walk out. It's uncomfortable because you have to be sure you no one is looking at you take out money or deposit. The guy that opens and closes the door is a random guy that also tells what ATM people need to use and he's in control of a line that he makes. This is getting ridiculous me and my 5 family members have come to the decision that if this issue does not get fixed by September we will be pulling our money out of there and take it to Citizen. I've been doing my research there and they don't seem to be having this issue with people inside the bank in the evenings. I've been with Bank of America for over 20 years but it's already hard enough having to deal with watching my back in the streets now I have to do it in the bank? I'm good. Plese do something to resolve this issue."

"The ATM lobby is always overcrowded because the bank doesn’t care about the safety of their customers during this pandemic. You absolutely have no privacy. It’s ridiculous . Hopefully this gets their attention ."
