Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

"I was waiting in line waiting for the teller to call me when she was ready. The manager comes up to me and says can I help you? I then told him that I was waiting in line. He then asks Why are you here? You should not ask personal intrusive questions to a customer when they are on the floor. It is no one else business why I am waiting in line. I will be taking my money out of this bank. I am a preferred customer. Why be a preferred customer when you are not treated like one?"

"Because of some of the other reviews here, I was confused about whether or not the lobby would be open when I went earlier today, so I just wanted to leave this to say that the lobby is in fact OPEN. I've always had a good experience here, everyone is friendly and helpful."

"(Lobby Service Only) is a lie. The lobby hasn't been open for nearly TWO YEARS. I do not have a car, and so have no access to the drive thru. Because of this I cannot speak to bankers, get financial advice, nor can I use services like money orders and certified checks. This bank location is absolutely useless, don't do business here."

"I have a personal and a business account which are both useless as this New Paltz location is always unexpectedly either closed or the wait to deposit can be as long as 45 minutes in addition this branch does not have customer service and if you need that one must travel to Kingston. After banking a b od a for 20 years it seems they are falling apart and i must find another local bank. Do not open an account here find another local bank that appreciates their locals as B of A cannot handle their business."
