Reviews
"Beautiful park and campground. Many amenities. Water and electric. Very peaceful. Close to Lake Ontario."
"I love it here! I usually go here to relax. There's plenty of benches here. A few trails. The only issue that I honestly have is the smell of the water and that there's no bathrooms."
"Enjoy time well spent. Walk over a small foot bridge overlooking a creek perfect for fishing or dog swimming. Move on to enjoy a beautiful pier. Walk up old nostalgic steps to a park atmosphere overlooking Lake Ontario. Enjoy the waves and sun(rise)set. If you're there in the evening, there can be a handful of teens being a bit rowdy. They are benign, try to overlook their youthful splendor. They disappear eventually. This spot is perfect for photographers."
"A gem! Small and well maintained. Quiet. Updated bathroom. Individual showers are nice but lack shelving or substantial hooks for your towel and clothes. Many camp sites are separated by trees & shrubs for a sense of privacy. Large group areas. A small playground for young kids."
"Good spot to walk along during good or even bad weather. End of pier has some prine fishing. During the winter months the lake shows her strength and a good spot to go and capture it while it crashes along the break wall. But be careful, even if it doesn’t seem too cold, it does ice over thinly pretty quick! Great spot for looking for rocks as well"
