"Took forever to get through the process but more than the time is what they charge! If you think that the IRS is bad, tax prep with JH for a single person without any deductions cost $340 outrageous dollars!! And that was WITH a 30% discount! How do they justify that? I went there with 6 pieces of paper… social security, pension and an odd job that was reported on a 1099 and 3 from banks for interest. That’s it. I went to this company last year for the first time and was charged $180. That is IMO high but, how for a returning customer they come up with almost doubling their cost just lost them a customer. NEVER again."
"I would give zero stars if possible. The man working on my taxes did a goof job it's not his fault. I blame it on jackson hewitt. I was charged twice this year, since I supposedly didn't get my 2019 refund. Called the bank that processed my refund and they told me that my fees threw jackson hewitt were paid by my state refund but they never received my federal. So they did get paid..."
