"I called to cancel my insurance because they insured a car that was not possible to insure. (I know this is what they do for a living but yeah...) After telling my girlfriend she could not insure it, I had to do it on my own. I do so, find out I can't use it and then need to cancel. I simply stated how I thought it was dumb they needed a receipt. Not her personally just NY and their laws. She responded with swear words and then hung up and I still need my ins cancelled. LOL These women are awful at there job. Go elsewhere!!!!"
