"I spoke to Simon about a retractable screen door for my balcony door. He gave me one price when Alex came the price was a hundred dollars more , when he tried to install the door he told me it was the wrong size , I asked him how was that possible because he measured the door he tried to blame me by saying I sent him the door I wanted via text I told him I sent him the type of door I wanted he measured the door so he should have bought the right size , he then offered to put in a piece of wood to make it fit which would have looked a mess , I explained to him that I didn’t want anything tacky at my condo he said he didn’t have time for this conversation so I asked him to leave because at this point he was being rude and I didn’t have confidence that he knew what he was doing especially since he bought the wrong size door after measuring the door , I don’t recommend this company what a waste of time ."
