"I resided at 2523 Main St Rte 20 for 1.5 yrs 2014-2015. One of the worst places to live, owners blame tenant for flames under stove cover which is very dangerous although it was never used. They paint over mold on walls and radiators only to have intense humidity from sweaty toilet rust radiators within 1 month. Unable to open windows in summer due to infestations of fruit flies, wood burning smoke in winter entering. Owners refuse to refund security deposit claiming mold is responsibility of tenant under stove, fridge, beds, walls etc. Code enforcement reported sweaty toilets are common in sheridan due to cold well water. Owners attempt to charge for damage allegedly to kitchen cabinets from "drain leaks" that apparently cause damage to side from horizontal leaks. If you have asthma, copd, or chronic sinusitis like myself find a cleaner location or expect to be conned. The owners claim it takes 3 people to clean a 1 room apt 21 hours when Linda Capitano was too cheap to hire help as witnessed and claim tenant is responsible to clean their furniture that they agree to remove if you have your own furniture. I went to the attorney general in Buffalo, filed a complaint with local and state code enforcement and intend on filing a class action suit to recover security deposits for all tenants conned since 2008 when policy was implemented. "I rented back in summer of 2015 and had no problems with the landlords of the property, they were nice, helpful, strict....yes but very reasonable people. I would definitely rent from them again in the near or distant future. On another note, the phone number might need to be updated seeing it connects directly with a fax machine when you try to call them. Other then that it's clean, well maintained and homey."

"Don't fall for it..I really think these people are on something. They are running a Bates motel...very scary! They have keys and are not above going ing your house when you are not home!! If you want assisted living and a warden this is the place for you..20$to leave outside light on..20 more for air..but all included..beware!!"
