The repairs were delayed due to circumstances related to the disassembly, rework, and reassembly of the chairs. Bob kept us informed of the status of repairs ans confirmed our expectations with selection of leather and trim to complete the work. When the humidity supported stain application the effort was completed and Bob assured us of the quality in the workmanship. He was not wrong.
