"Awesome friendly service . I was helped by a lovely lady named Kate. I'd give them a 10 of it were possible!"
"Worst customer service ever, last Tuesday I paid off a loan on my motorhome because I sold it. Thursday I was told that the lien release was mailed that day but no one could tell me where it was being from. Today being Monday I would have thought the release would be here but it wasn't. Went to the local branch and was told there was nothing they could do, I then called customer service and asked if they could email a copy of the release to me and was told that they could not email the document. The car told me that if they had a copy in her system she could fax it, take a guess she couldn't find a copy. I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak with, she said the only thing else that could be done is for her to put a request to the back office to follow up but that would take another 7-10 days, go figure. I will never deal with Bank of America again and advise others to look elsewhere for their banking needs."
"Cicero. Always a long line and one teller. With multiple other employess doing nothing it seems. The manager, Kate, is especially awful and rude. Got my 80 year old mother worked up with how she treated her. Her attitude was enough, yet her ridiculous aka lack of any decent customer service put it over the top. Raising her voice and making a scene in front of other customers. Rarely ever have had a positive experience there, and its quite often so plenty of opportunity. We drive to Bayberry for now, but most likely closing all accounts here soon."
"Had a Merrill edge acct thru. Boa. And. They lost my funds. Kept lying Abt everything. Well it was traced back to Merrill. Which is. Boa. And I want my money back. And. Etc because I have a trace. On it and it came back to u Merrill and boa. Time to start pressing charges and starting some serious lawsuits"
"Showed up at bayberry this morning, they were closed. No sign on the door. Drive twenty minutes to Cicero, they were closed. No sign on the door. Time to take my business and money somewhere else. Got a reply that you are doing your best. Closing bayberry and Cicero the same day without letting your customers know when and if you will reopen is “doing your best”? That sounds about right. The website for bayberry said they were open today so I drove down again. Guess what! They weren’t."
