"The rooms are DISGUSTING. The service was horrible, when we brought to the attention of the desk person that the rooms we’re dirty we we’re screamed at and told to go some place else. There were stains on the mattress, the floors were FILTHY, the bottom of the walls look like they are falling apart, the sink faucet was disconnected from the sink and there were flies all over the place, within the first 5 minute of being there I killed 3 flies and there were still plenty. I would not recommend, go some place else."

"We stayed here to attend a music festival. First, if you're looking for inexpensive hotels, especially hotels under 100$ per night, you can't expect much. Pros: Location is pretty good. Close to interstate, Barnes and Noble, Syracuse, etc.. Hotel staff was friendly and responsive. Appears to be family owned. Grounds were clean. Room was reasonably clean. Mattress firm and comfortable. Room appeared to be updated recently (floor, paint, etc.) Neighborhood wasn't bad. Cons: Very thin walls- but we made due by running the fan all night. Note: Inexpensive hotels have a clientele and an aura that aren't for everyone. If you do not want to share a public accommodation with unhoused people, that says a lot about you. I didn't mind, and so because the place was well-run and clean, I did not mark down for that. I want the unhoused to be treated with dignity, however, and so if you don't care for that situation, please don't stay here."

"Unacceptable that this business is still operational. We got 2 rooms that were equally filthy, run down and unlivable, the man at the desk was clueless and rude. When shown a 3rd room and trying to inspect it for dirt/bugs like the first 2 rooms we were told we were not supposed to check the beds, I wonder why. With the sink faucet being completely detached and the tub being filthy and grimey in the SUPERIOR room, mixed with the giant cut out hole in the middle on one of the sheets, on top of the dirt and bugs. We elected not to stay there and despite the fact that this was clearly not a proper place to stay they were adamant about not refunding us our stay. Avoid at all costs, there are several other "hotels" and airbnb options in this city for the same price or cheaper that treat their rooms and clients with respect."

"The gentleman who checked me was great. He was informative, efficient, and friendly. The room was....mediocre. The bed not being the most comfortable was fine because let's face, no bed is as good as your own. There definitely needs to be an update in the bathroom, as well as the light switch needs to be fixed before someone gets shocked. (See pictures and video) Also, I took a hot bath (as I usually do at hotels since I have a stand up shower.) The water was fantastic. The funny thing that happened was the light must be on a sensor and it shut off after a little while putting me in complete darkness while reading. It was hilarious! All that said, the room had two locks, the front desk gentleman was fantastic. I wish I had gotten his name so I could write it in."

"THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS BEDBUGS the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy, staff is rude and unwelcoming. There's mold in the bathroom, the beds are disgusting. This place is awful and they should be ASHAMED to charge even close to $100 a night let alone over that amount. And for all you early birds there no continental breakfast as advertised. You can only have coffee from 7am to 10 am. So stay here if you want a dirty, infested, rude environments.they also leave you with an infestation as a parting gift.This place need to closed or be under new management."
