"I was apprehensive... and then very nervous when I went into the room where the plumber accessed the pipes only to find the room flooded!!! It got cleaned up and nothing was permanently damaged even though a rug was soaked through and i had a load of towel laundry to do. It was a rookie mistake which prompted me to call the office. They assured me I had their best guy, so I watched and waited patiently. Pretty sure he felt awful and was embarrassed and bent over backwards to answer my questions and accommodate a request. In the end it all turned out fine and we are very happy with what they did for us."
