"Beautiful hotel, recently remodeled. Very comfortable rooms. Located along the Erie Canal near a number of unique shops. Several spa services available"
"The hotel is new and clean. On the good side, the rooms have everything one would need, including slippers, but they do have one great downside. The problem is that the rooms have an HVAC unit inside each room in a utility closet and these units are VERY noisy — the floor is shaking when they come on. I had to unplug the temperature controller to shut the HVAC off and be able to sleep."
