"DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE. ITS A 3RD PARTY SCAM. THEY WONT REFUND YOU UNLESS YOU ARE DYING. I have Stevie Nick's tickets and I got called to work out of town that week and I bought the insurance. To no luck in getting any sort of refund."
"Only option to communicate with an employee is either via email or chat. When you’re “connected” to a customer service person, don’t be fooled into thinking it’ll be a live conversation. It takes hours for someone to respond. And, EVERY individual response is hours later. So, what should be a 10 minute conversation becomes a multi-day conversation. If you need something that’s time sensitive (like my situation was), sorry… but, you’re outta luck."
"Awful experience this past weekend with Ticketmaster. Four of us purchased Brad paisley tickets a year ago in Canada (we are from the US just over the border) and they had rescheduled him twice and transferred our tickets over automatically. When we got to the concert they said our tickets were invalid and sent us to the box office. The concert apparently switched rooms in the same casino and Ticketmaster cancelled and refunded everyone’s tickets WITHOUT informing us. So we drove all the way to Canada and bought a $200 hotel room just to be told we weren’t allowed in the concert and there was nothing they could do for us. Ticketmaster didn’t even refund me the full amount I paid and now they are impossible to get ahold of."
"Bought the tickets 2 months out, a family issue forced us to no be able to go. Ticketmaster would not provide a refund, would not allow transfers to different dates, and would not allow the tickets to be resold for less then the purchase price even though the prices were lowered 1 week before the show. I lost over $600 dollars worth of tickets. Ticketmaster: I will never purchase tickets through you again."
"This phone line does not even function. The menu is one big reach around of an inconvenience when I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails about needing a refund for an event that not all parties of my original group can go to due to COVID-19 restrictions. Don’t bother calling, because the phone menu doesn’t let you actually contact a single person in this office. If you call the other help line that they say in the menu, it just tells you to send an email. My tickets won’t even show up on my account anymore because they were suppose to be for an event last year."
