"Been going here on a weekly basis for almost a year. Everyone who works there is very personable and helpful. I had one single issue and Ismail handled it perfectly, which is at the lowest level possible and minimum fuss. He didn't have to do what he did, but he knows I'm a regular and am a pretty easy going customer. Therefore, when I came in with a complaint, he listened, and then he remedied the situation for me. They already had my loyalty, but I'll be sure to spread the word and bring in more customers since they deserve it. Special shout out to Jacob who has been approx 8/9 in his recommendations for me and that's a pretty damn good score. They have good prices on most things (not going to find any better around but will find more expensive). I really appreciate their level of customer service and can't recommend enough for the Kratom and their 411 products."
"Absolutely terrible business model. Apparently at the store you have to ask for bubble wrap so make sure you do because if you trip in the parking lot they’re not replacing anything even if the glass was 100% Unused. HORRIBLE customer service. When I asked and said “ I don’t even want anything free could you give me a discount it clearly is unused and you were the person who just sold it to me.” I got a “nothing I can do for you.” What a unsympathetic unhuman busines. I guess they don’t care about repeat customers. you might as well go to one of the several other shops around because they do not respect you. Also it was 100+ dollar purchase of multiple things and only one broke. Just the unwillingness to even be compassionate in the slightest and work with me just shows I need to go make purchases elsewhere."
