"This company does not stand by its products. I have a looploc cover purchased in 2014. It is fading. Looploc says it’s because my chemicals aren’t right. My pool is balanced all summer and when I open it in te spring it’s a mess. No pool is balances when you open it Had a looploc cover installed on October 26, 2021. Came out one day and it was all torn up. Looploc refused to replace. Not even 1 year old.said it was animals. I had my other cover for 25 years no animal ever touched. My pool is fenced in! Stay away . There is no warranty"

"Run away from this product!!… not worth the malarkey, malarkey through which I have trudged these past months. Providing a very detailed drawing of our pool, we were provided a cover that can be best described as a triple XL on a medium size build. Sending the cover back, Loop Loc cited that the size requirements were necessary for the safety features, but failing to acknowledge the tripping hazards (not to mention unsightly appearance) such a size would create. One would think after seeing all these pleasing pictures of other installations on their web site that we were the victim of “bait & switch.” This bantering went on for months, so long that we had begun legal action to refund the costs. Loop Loc's next stance was that they would size it down, but in doing so we would forfeit any product warranty. In an effort to reach resolution to the matter (and a correctly suggested nudge from our pool contractor), we agreed at which time Loop Loc began to alter the products dimensions, outside of measurements provided. In the final counter proposal, Loop Loc declined to provide the curved edge (provided in the original 3XL cover). After months of our requesting our money back, they have finally agreed to do so… their check is in the mail. Now we begin the legal action to recoup the cost that will be necessary to correct our deck after coring the stone to install Loop Loc anchors at their specified distances. Again – run away from this company."
