"My financial advisor recommended a specific broker at this location. The broker was extremely helpful and communicative getting my money in his institution. Once the money was deposited, over the course of the next two months the advisor has ignored a dozen phone calls, direct emails, and messages through the Charles Schwab site about his recommendations to actually invest the money so it's just sitting there earning no interest. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Will look for a new bank soon (and financial advisor!)."
