"Unprofessional staff, conflicting information from different part of the company, when I spoke Mr Marcus General Manager(So He Claimed), he acted both like CPA and lawyer, the information he provided was manipulative and misleading, I checked with my lawyer under the Privacy Act he should be able to provide personal information with specific credentials such as Full Name, Date of Birth, last four digit of Social Security and the residential address which I provided,I do not recommend to work with this company, since he was acting like lawyer I ask him if I can record this conversation for legal purpose then he hang up the phone, so he was not giving accurate information so I understand, he screamed all the time even the I was politely asking basic personal question, stay away from this place"
