"I just went there . I bought 3 bluecheese j's. I'm from CT visiting grandparents and was on Austin rd. The place is a vibe. The staff was amazing. Young beautiful lady in there looked out for me and hooked me up. I recommend this place I went to all the shops on Austin rd and honestly there prices are good. Whoever had a bad experience here your just a karen lmao"
"Customer service is hit or miss. I’ve been here 4-5 x and half of the time I have a good experience and the other half, I’m disappointed. Not sure why I come back, probably for the convenience but that’s it. Their prices are high, they carry minimal options and their credit card fees are astronomical"
"DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND AT THIS PLACE. Now on week 2 and still havent recieved my refund. Theres other smoke shops out there and this aint it."
"Second time my husband and I visited the store. We like the store and we really like the people that work there — very friendly and helpful staff. We came into the store today around noon, and there was a guy in there that was talking to the young lady behind the counter about product and we heard him say he couldn’t afford anything. As my husband started to chat with her, the guy tried to engage with me — gave me a really weird and off feeling, made me very uncomfortable telling me how desperately he needed a smoke. I moved away but he hung around the store and wouldn’t leave. Honestly, it made us not want to buy anything, but we stayed in the store as we didn’t want to leave her alone with him, until he finally left 15 minutes later. The young lady thanked us for staying — he had made her very uncomfortable and nervous before we got there. The security guy that was supposed to be there when they opened had still not shown up. Once another customer arrived, we left, (we did buy something, though) keeping an eye out for the guy. Half a block away we saw him heading back to the store so we went back and sat in the armchairs. The security guy arrived just then so we felt okay about leaving. Unfortunately, this kind of thing doesn’t make for a safe or positive experience for either customers or staff. I’d give a fifth star if it wasn’t for this experience."
"Horrible first time experience. Decided to support a local shop and bought a few wraps and when I opened one of the wraps it was very dry so , immediately went back inside to see if I could get a new one due to the product being defective. Turned out they couldn’t do that for their customers. Which business can’t do that? Especially a new business. The employee working there at that time seems very clueless about everything and couldn’t use the cash register properly . I also felt she up-charged me due to a mistake on her part so I asked for a receipt and she gave me a receipt for a cash sale of $25. Receipt wasn’t itemized. Place seems shady. I won’t do business here. Won’t recommended. Other better smoke shops around the area."
