"I went in about a week ago, purchased a cigar that wasn't to my liking- it happens no big deal. I went in again today because I left my Zippo at home by mistake. I asked the gentleman who made the sale to me for matches, he gave them to me without and discrepancies. Upon my exiting, another worker quite rudely tells me to not come in there and ask for matches. His tone and demeanor was extremely unprofessional to say the least. Apparently he needs to be retrained on how to deal with clients."
"Great selection of cigars, lighter, pens and humidors. Nice layout, with a hidden lounge which members and walk-ins you purchase $30 or more in cigar. It a nice experience, leather chairs and contemporary designs. Staffs are knowledgeable and eager to assist. Meet Rodolfo and Smiley who always make my visit enjoyable. Thanks Guys"
